Food and beverage brand development

Throughout my time at Odyssey Hotel Group I focused on crafting initial branding concepts for the food and beverage outlets within the hotels. These concepts laid the foundation for our positioning strategy, and was later refined and slightly customized to align seamlessly with the unique positioning of each hotel location.

Concepts and logos were collaboratively developed with the Head of F&B to encapsulate the essence of the cuisine and menu, with the ultimate goal of crafting brands that authentically embodied the ambiance of each outlet.

Bon Voyage | Brasserie

Meaning: French phrase that translates to “good journey” or “have a good trip”. It is commonly used as a farewell expression to wish someone well as they embark on a new journey or experience.

Cuisine: French Bistro

Design: Sophisticated, cosy, upscale-casual

Meaning:  “life purpose” Ikigai refers to defining your personal meaning of life in relation to your talents, passions, and profession, as well as what you can give to the wider world.

Cuisine: Japanese, Asian-Fushion

Design: Romatic, chic, upscale cosmopolitain

Altro Paradiso | Restaurant and bar - Where connection and passion come together.

Meaning: Altro Paradiso is an Italian phrase that translates to “Another Paradise” or “Different Paradise”

Cuisine: Italian pasta and salads with a strong focus on cocktails

Meaning: Cantina Mexicana refers to a Mexican-style bar or establishment where people can experience the ambiance, drinks, and sometimes cuisine typically associated with Mexican culture

Meaning: Doing something with soul, creativity, or love; putting a piece of yourself into your work. It is often used to describe a sense of passion, enthusiasm, or love that someone puts into what they do, creating something unique and special.
